Jana Carrington has been with Kite Capital Partners since 2014 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she oversees investor relations and capital formation while managing the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and external audit functions. As the primary point of contact for investors, she plays a central role in raising capital for new investment strategies and stewarding long-term investor relationships.
Jana brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach shaped by eight years of service in the United States Coast Guard, earning defense ribbons for her service during Operation Desert Storm, Operation Noble Eagle, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. She later held a senior leadership position overseeing strategic development and operations for a federal installation, with an emphasis on compliance and organizational management.
Following her military service, Jana led project management at Proctor Construction, the largest construction company on Florida’s Treasure Coast, where she developed deep expertise in construction operations and execution.
Her leadership experience, operational rigor, and investor-focused mindset position her as a trusted partner to the firm’s investor base.
